Community Caring

Here at APRS, we are focused on being an integral part of our community and supporting different giving programs to ensure a better tomorrow for all of us. Whether it be to help stop world hunger or a charity focused on research and development, our team members want to make an impact. Here are some events where APRS employees have made an impact.

Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) – FMSC is a non-profit organization where specially formulated meals are packed by volunteers and then shipped to malnourished children in over 70 countries around the world. During a typical team building event, groups put together approximately 3,024 meals!

Fight for the Climb – This is a unique vertical race to the top of the U.S. Bank building in Minneapolis – a chance to get moving, push limits and raise funds and awareness for the American Lung Association. Whether it’s improving the quality of our air or the quality of our health, the American Lung Association is working tirelessly to help us all breathe easier.

Memorial Blood Centers Blood Drive – Patients at our local hospitals rely on receiving blood from Memorial Blood Centers and unfortunately, cells only last for 42 days which is why donating is so important. We are proud to say we have helped and will continue to help out our local hospitals in saving lives 1 pint at a time!

Food Drive – We are thankful for all that we have and enjoy making someone else’s Holiday season a little more bright, we conduct an annual food drives to help support our local food shelves.

Employee Amusements

At APRS we understand that a positive environment and culture drives results. For this reason we have formed a Fun Committee to create unique events throughout the month that promote teambuilding and bring a little fun to the workplace. Some of our more popular events include; waffle/pancake breakfast, chili cook-off contest, bingo, scavenger hunts, ice cream social and chair massages, just to name a few.
