Account Representatives
(English speaking and bi-lingual English/Spanish job opportunities)
Our collection staff take a customer service approach to their collection activities which involve contacting family members, personal representatives and attorneys to gather estate information and negotiate payment arrangements on outstanding debt. We have bi-lingual English/Spanish job opportunities in our collection department as well!
Accounting
Our Accounting team members work collaboratively to ensure that business financials and accounting activities are completed in a time driven manner through the adherence of following established policies and procedures.
Claims Administrators
Our Claims Administrator team members are responsible for filing claims on accounts where probate information has been located. As a part of the filing process, they review state and county filing guidelines and ensure we are in compliance with their required standards.
Claims Coordinator
Our Claims Coordinator team members are integral in locating filed probates within the court system. This is achieved through administrative activities such as phone calls to the courts along with web and mail searches. In addition to the search activities, claims coordinators are locating phone numbers, addresses and any additional pertinent information associated with anyone that would be associated with the account holder.
Client Services Representatives
Our Client Services team members are responsible for facilitating account-level communications between APRS and its clients. Client Services team members provide administrative support to the collection management team, they review and document daily mail correspondence, and they maintain media requests in addition with any ad hoc project requests.
Collection Attorney
Our Collection Attorneys are responsible for reviewing, negotiating and resolving files in various stages of the probate process. They provide input to maintain agency-wide compliance with both client requirements and applicable laws and regulations, and providing legal research and support to agency staff in furtherance of both client and agency goals.
Compliance Specialist
Our Compliance team members are responsible for performing a wide variety of activities to ensure company and employee compliance with federal/state/client guidelines and internal policies, procedures, and programs. Our compliance measures are designed to increase employee awareness and knowledge to help prevent consumer harm.
Human Resources
Our HR team members are responsible for fostering a positive workplace environment through the recruitment and retention of top talent along with the management of various fun and engaging employee programs. HR supports employees and leaders through the management of employee relations, payroll, benefits, performance management, and ongoing corporate communications.

Whether it is managing a functional area or leading a department, we have many management opportunities available. Network Administration
Our Network Administrator team members support our organization through planning, configuring, installing, and maintaining our servers, network communications, and workstations. On a daily basis, our network administrators resolve tickets, perform routine troubleshooting, while continuing current activities and projects.
Programmers
Our Programming team provides support through the development of cloud based business systems automation. Team members work closely with other functional leaders to help support and enhancement of our general collection system ensuring end user efficiencies and satisfaction.
Skip Tracing
Our Skip Tracer team members are responsible for research activities such as locating correct phone numbers, addresses and related information for account holders (including family members, attorneys, and additional connections) by utilizing third party databases and internet tools.
Training
Our Training team members focus on creating, managing, leading and evaluating corporate training programs that boost APRS employee performance. We take a collaborative training approach ensuring our team members have the tools they need to succeed in the role that they play at APRS.
