AscensionPoint compassionately manages financial matters for its Client-partners when one of its valued Customers has passed away. You may have been contacted by us in our attempt to locate the Authorized Estate Representative (sometimes referred to as the Executor or Personal Representative) to discuss financial matters related to a Decedent’s Estate. Please note that AscensionPoint does not seek to hold anyone personally responsible for any of the Estate’s financial matters and Authorized Estate Representatives and family members are not personally responsible for the financial obligations of the Estate. If you believe that you have been contacted by our office in error and are not an Authorized Estate Representative, please notify us in writing or by phone so we can discontinue further communications with you.

Please understand that the placement of a financial matter with our company is not a negative reflection upon the deceased. Our primary goal is to make the Estate resolution process as seamless as possible and you can expect that our culture of compassion will provide you with the utmost dignity and respect.
